CITYCIDER
Neonotic is a portmanteau of the words “Neon” and “Hypnotic” which is best defined as the hypnotic brightness of a neon light. Our intention is to create bright and exotic ciders that push the boundaries of what flavours you can harness from a cider. Our Brewery is located in Wong Chuk Hang, Hong Kong.
All cider’s start with apples, ours use a blend of as a five different types, as a base. Our cider range incorporate the rich abundance of tropical fruits in South Asia that’s never-used in cider-making and combine them with uniquely Hong Kong flavours.

Resident Arist
Toy designer by day illustrator by night. Originally drawing cartoons on walls in Birmingham England Jay moved to Hong Kong 11 years ago. His style has been described as aggressively cute, Influenced by pop culture and low brow art. Aside from toys and games Jay’s artwork has been used across walls, packaging, publishing and even a couple of tattoos.
